Try not to overdo it with the pb. It's high in fat, cals and sugar. I read to try different nut butters, cashew and the like. But again. Don't overdo it. Try swapping out the pb for Greek yogurt (plain). I don't have much of a sweet tooth but when I get a craving I usually do some yogurt and fruit. I love it w Asian pears or blueberries.
But wtg on only 5 more lbs! You can do it!
