In no way did I mention or even infer how much my dogs make for me. In fact if you do all the prelim screenings, and do the showing, and all the many many educational courses, investigations into pedigree you would be very lucky to break even.
Bitches or dams are the correct terminology to refer to breeding females. It is neither derogatory or indicative that they are not well loved family members.
The advice you sought is contained in the many posts above yours, even though it might be 3 or so years old, it is still true of today.
You want to "learn" how to do it the right way. There is no short cut to the right way. You do the breed specific testing, you get out and show your males, and you seek educated opinion from very experienced breeders about the quality of both males.
If you want to breed at the minimum you breed to maintain the Yorkie Standard in all ways, if you are very very lucky and or very experienced the great breeders actually improve the breed. And Gawd knows our Yorkie breed has enough health concerns that all breeders should be breeding to improve the health of this breed!!!
