Both I and my fiancee work, and my yorkie typically is alone at home for about 8-9 hours. We keep her in a play pen area with her bed, pee pads, food and toys. She is fine and has no issues with that - she just sleeps throughout the day. Having a yorkie does not mean that you should have no life outside. Getting to the parks and spending time outside is really good for both your emotional and physical health! |
