Somehow I missed this post. I am so sorry about your Gina. Hopefully one day you will rid yourself of that guilt. It sounds to me like you did all you could. HGE and pancreatitis are both horrible and pups can die quickly from them...even if addressed immediately. Sometimes the symptoms at the beginning are vague.
