Probably only God knows how much I love a good, chilled chicken salad or chicken salad on a croissant with all the stuff in it from pecans to apples to celery and boiled eggs and some black olives and any good stuff you want to add. I haven't had that Subway chicken chopped salad yet but I'll bet I have one soon. A good chicken salad is one of my favorite foods in the world. Our local McCalister's Deli serves one of the best chicken salad sandwiches ever and always includes a huge slice of long dill pickle!!! Oh, my goodness - now I'm starving for chicken salad!!!
