Sounds like your girl needs to see a vet ASAP. Tiny dogs don't have enough reserves to go days w/out eating or drinking. She will get dehydrated and then really bad things start to happen. She needs labwork and a general examination including neuro to try to find out what's going on with with your very small dog. Lethargy is anathema to most dogs so when you observe it in yours, it's time to act immediately.
