I found your site because I had asked a question regarding my dog and her side effects after applying Advantix !! flea and tic. They were old posts but they did help me as well as concerned me and was wondering if anyone could help me with my concerns. Firstly since I applied this medication to my dog Lady Bella she started acting like she was on amphetamine then is was like she ran out of energy and she would sleep. Along with that she would have these moments like spasms in her sleep she would jump up and sit and stare at me and just keep staring. I know this medication is a pesticide and it does get into the dogs blood steam. I attempted to wash it out of her she had two baths and she is still acting the same I am so upset. I spoke with my vet and all he keeps telling me is patience. This has been going on since Thursday and my patience is wearing thin. I know my dog and she has changed, it's like her spirit is gone she isn't whimpering or crying but I can see she is so uncomfortable. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there who has had the same problem and if so does it get better? I am beside myself with worry and not sure what to do. Should I consider taking her to a vet or wait it out. Please any information or help would be soooo appeciated
