The smell they are referring to was a candle that we had lit earlier. My realtor even said she did not think the smell was strong at all. My thoughts are....if you don't like the house just say you don't like the house and not blame it on a candle. And I say this because we really need feedback to correct major issues. However we will now just not burn candles if we know we are having a showing. If you all like a house would the smell of a candle turn you off that much, knowing that it is temporary and will eventually go away? |
Some people get hooked up on things that will have no bearing on their life in the house. The people we bought our house from, they told us that lookers commented over and over that they didn't like the furniture. As if the furniture was going to stay!?
