I agree on the bad reaction to Advantage Multi being the most likely explanation of her symptoms. Swallowing upholstery staples and whatever she finds on her walks can't be healthy for her either, though, so you might want to do a more thorough job of puppy-proofing your house, looking for unsafe things that she could get into and removing them, and being even more vigilant during walks. She should also be supervised while chewing on chew sticks--some can be a choking hazard, and others that are hard can crack healthy teeth. Swallowing her own baby teeth isn't a problem, though.
