I think I did Gus a disservice in my description of his behavioral issues. Gus doesn't bite everyone he comes into contact with. Rather, he'll allow you to pet him, rub his back with your bare foot, cuddle with you and then all of a sudden, when he's had enough, you'll go to touch him and he'll snap at you. I think he's only broken skin once and that was actually his mom! The end result is that you'll greet him, rub his back for a minute and then leave him alone. I think Gus would do wonderfully in a retiree's home with someone who's home most of the day to attend to his potty training. He needs to be neutered which would help with his aggresiveness I think. Hope this paints a more accurate picture of him!
