I feel your pain! DH and I are building a house this summer so we are getting our existing house ready to go on the market (new carpet, new tile, new paint in neutral colors.) organizing, decluttering, etc. The issue we will have (hopefully) is that our existing house should sell before our new house is built so then where do we move our family of 5 plus two dogs? Ah well, we'll have to see when the time comes!
