My female did the same thing its very important to get her to eat. Try putting her on puppy food and cooking her up some rice and hamburgar. eggs and cottage cheese is good too. Here are a few links with lots of info.
There are some threads on here in the breeders section with members having the same problems with their females. I would read those too.
