welcome to YT,could be impacted anal glands if it was yellow and had fowl smell, you should call / take him to your vet. I am sure you will get plenty of advise and suggestions from other YT members, but your vet must be consulted. If it's his anal glands your vet can take care of that. If you're not squeamish you could do it your self, but I suggest having your vet show you how to do it, don't just try to tackle it your self. I hope your lil Alfie feels better soon.
