I would suggest feeding him Bil Jac puppy food. Its a pretty good food, very limited ingredient list. I suggest it because of the size, shape, and consistency of the kibble. Its like small rabbit pellets instead of the normal round hard dog food bits. It breaks into itty bitty teeny tiny pieces as they chew it. Its not hard at all, you can break the pieces up with your fingers. Another good thing about it is you can put water with it and it will soak it up real fast and turn into soft food almost instantly. The kibble is super soft even without water though and perfect for tiny puppies and teething puppies. It's small enough for them to easily eat and soft enough where it wont hurt his tiny teeth and gums. It can even be used for nursing puppies to wean them onto food. thats how easy it is for puppies to chew. I attached 2 pictures of what the food actually looks like along with this link: Bil-JacŪ Small Breed Puppy Food | Dry Food | PetSmart It can be bought at petsmart and most other pet stores. If I were you, this is the food I would get right now. I know your little one will thank you
