I just answered another thread just like this. Local honey, corn syrup, Nutrical rubbed on the gums will keep blood sugar up until you can get a syncopal puppy to the vet. Freeze wet wash clothes for your puppy to chew on until the ice thaws then be careful to replace. Don't let the icy or damp wash cloth be used by your little one as a bed/blanket or to sleep on or it will chill him so you hold the wash cloth while he is chewing - don't leave it in the crate/pen or on the floor with the little one and leave the room.
I used to put my dog's kibble in a plastic bag and break it into smaller pieces with a hammer but wouldn't let any of the powdered kibble get into the bowl as the young puppy could suck that into his airway and even into his lungs, potentially causing aspiration pneumonia.
