I know puppies can definitely very in size, color, shape, ect. just as they can in human siblings.
Did you ask to see the mom and dad? What kind of situation did they come from? Do you have any larger pictures of them we could see? that might help. I know they have DNA tests you can find out the breed of your dog with but they are pricey
