| Thank you for responding I'm loving this site! I have so many questions concerning Kobi and I was just googling everything. Me and my two sisters all have male Yorkies from the same liter. Is it common for them to look different? Kobi is larger and also his ears are longer than his brothers. My breeder told us they are full bred Yorkie. Is there anyway I can tell if he's not?

| Puppies from the same litter can be different in size. If you're worried about them not being purebred then I believe there is a test you can do to find out for sure .....I'm in Ireland so I don't know the name of it or have the details but I'm sure if other members see your question they will be able to help out. |

Did you ask to see the mom and dad? What kind of situation did they come from? Do you have any larger pictures of them we could see? that might help. I know they have DNA tests you can find out the breed of your dog with but they are pricey | |

| If it makes you feel any better, my puppy I will begetting soon is different from his brother. They are from the same litter but mine has a slightly longer face, longer ears and is all around bigger bones. His brother was real small, tiny ears and a real little face. My boy is charting to be a whole 2 pounds larger than his brother at adult weight. They are AKC, pure bred so yes, pure bred yorkies can range in size even if they are from the same litter |

| I'm new to this so I will have to figure out how to add pics. I found this local breeder they are an older couple. I did see the mom because they were still with her. I trust them but I guess I've already had a preconceived idea on how they're "suppose" to look. I love him so much already so I know it wouldn't matter it's just if that's what I was told and was wanting is purebred. They don't have them registered with AKC they gave me a paper to have him registered with Universal Kennel Club International...
