I'm afraid that if we tried to avoid the rain in my area we would be inside and done for nine months out of the year!
we live in the Columbia river gorge outside of portland oregon and the rain is just an endless thing, a piece of your existence which you must accept and account for or be terribly unhappy about all of the time. I have learned to like shorter/closer to my ankles pants than I ever thought I would, lol and have developed a passion for boots of all types! We have a hello kitty rain jacket that is pretty adorable but we are four pounds and use potty pads so I can't say we are die hard here...
