i usually wash my friend's yorkie every time I dog sit him.. so once a week.. i often wash his feet... I think once a month seems to be right... I have read that most of the books ... My friend's yorkie goes to walk a lot... so I usually end up washing him since he gets dirty... But when i get a yorkie on my own.. I probably wash once a month
