did you try moistening his hard food with some warm water?? he may not like it super hard to even have a hard time breaking it up depending on the size of the kibble you could try that and mix in a lil of tiny chicken bits. see if that makes him more inclined to eat. I would really suggest as suggest by other to find another vet who is more familiar with yorkies or the small breeds. i really hope everything turns out ok he is about 4 weeks to young to be away from his momma.
