Here is my "short lecture". If your brother offered to come, if you need help with the pups, let him come. I know the feeling, about not wanting to inconvenience anyone with your pups, but think of it as your duty to let others help you when you are in need. It'sa full circle - you help the pups in need, your brother help you with the pups when you are in need. You are so blessed having a sibling who is willing to do that for you. Look to a happy healthy future taking care of your beloved rescues. |
My brother lives far away. I do have my son close by and a good friend who helped when I had surgery last year. Hopefully I won't need too much. My pups are quite a handful.
Five of them are on home cooked diets. I will have to do some cooking ahead of time for them. I just hate not being able to do things myself, but yes, I will accept help and I am grateful that I do have people who will help.
