It's so frustrating, isn't it? I want my boys to have the satisfaction of chewing and have the dental benefits.
Swallowing big pieces is scary. We had to give up Texas Toothpicks after Teddy swallowed a sizable piece. When he threw it up, he went limp and I thought he was dying.

He recovered right away, but it was terrifying, and we had to make sure he had not aspirated.
Nothing is safe with my boys. I hold the CET chews for them, but they are still dangerous.
