So sorry to hear this. Some vaccines may not work on an individual, or the strain of Parvo is different than the protection provided by the vaccine. Dogs with Liver Shunt do not benefit from vaccines, as the liver is where the vaccine gets activated/processed.

Praying for your little one...

ETA; Ask your vet about doing a single Parvo vac on the puppies, I believe with only one flavor they will build a stronger immunity...
