Maybe it has pesticide, cleaner, manure or something else "wrong" in it - some factory mistake. I believe I would return that bag to the store and get another one from a totally different batch. I don't believe I would feed my dog any more of that food.

And, I'd keep a small portion of it in double or triple bagged in the freezer just in case. And keep your receipt for that bag. And I'd notify the manufacturer of his almost instant vomiting.
