Picky eaters are tough, I feel for you. Have you tried a different kibble, w/ a different protein source? One thing you should try is sprinkling Parmesan Cheese (the kind in the green canister) on the food - it's nice and cheesy/pungent smelling. Remember, dogs eat first with their noses. You could also try some low salt chicken broth on the food, but I think the Parm works better.
I too would be worried about the rabbit poo, so keep working on that leave it command
