I started out with a male, and just got our female a few weeks ago. He did not know what to think of her at first. But now they are the best of friends! I stay home all day with them, so I don't know the best advise for leaving them all day! Mine are spoiled rotten! They would probably have a fit if I left them here! LOL Anyway, I would try to keep them confined to an area with pee pads, and food and water. And a nice place to sleep! Also some play toys! I would recommend somewhere without carpet. Since you will have pups, they will have accidents! Good Luck!
