I wish I had suggestions beyond what you've probably already read on YT and tried. Potty training has been slow-going for my two, as well. I don't get as frustrated, though, because the carpets were due to be replaced anyway, so I'll just wait it out...And I'm home a lot so I can tend to the pups frequently.
I hope you get some good suggestions. (And that, if she needs to be re-homed, you'll be very selective. Heck, I'm in VA and would still take her if you were in a real bind, but I'm sure something will work out.)
