Very scary! I'm glad Baxter is well trained and that everything turned out okay.
Very good warning. A lot of people think coyotes are afraid of people or won't come out in daylight. I encountered a coyote in the middle of the day in my California college campus parking lot.
We recently saw one dead on the side of our main road here in Virginia. Neighbors have seen them in the area too. Makes me very nervous.
