Sounds just like my scenario. Milo has never reacted to another dog like that & I take him to Petsmart & Lowe's on a regular basis where we do encounter other dogs. Sometimes he is afraid of a very large dog---like a Great Dane and rarely is he overly friendly with another dog. He just seems to want to avoid or ignore most other dogs.
