perfect solution, have Anya sleep with your husband either in his bed or on the floor next to the bed. And be sure to close both doors or at least the one with your husband in it. This way Wallee's routine will not be interrupted and you won't teach him new habits that you do not want to continue. I assume your husband might not be down with this idea but tell him the house will probably be much more peaceful that way. If he absolutely refuses then have her sleep in one of her beds on the floor not to far from Wallee. Lola sleeps in bed with us, but when visiting my sister's house I will not let her do that, the bed is small, and high and the floor is wood and I am afraid my tossing might toss Lola off so I don't feel it safe. The first time she sort of wined to get up but eventually just got in her bed and now does this with no problem. After a day or two she will probably adjust just fine. |
