I would hope her breeder had enough concern for the puppy and the new owner's inexperience, that she would step up and at least offer to help this owner with a knowledge base of some kind....but then I do not leave my new owners twisting in the wind while their new baby has medical emergencies. When a new owner is lost and confused and scared to death, the very least a breeder can do is provide emotional support. I am hopeful this baby is at a vet that has properly diagnosed and is providing care this baby needs.
