Hi and Welcome to YT! I saw your first thread.... I would call the breeder again and see if she can keep your puppy until she's 12 weeks old and closer to 2 lbs. Puppies less than 12 weeks old are very prone to hypoglycemia. Some protein should be given everytime after karo syrup is given to help stabilize the blood glucose, and pups need to be kept warm when they are fed. I feel the breeder and her vet are more capable to get this pup though this.... her best chance would be with them at this point. Praying for your little Layla... |
