I see a couple issues with your situation. First, it seems you are not confident with your vet. If this is the case you need to bring her to a vet that your are willing to follow the advice they offer you for her well being. The next issue is she is still sick a week after first seeing a vet. You need to get her back to the vet this morning...today and follow their instructions for her care. Wylie's Mom is correct in the fact that you could lose her with what is going on. When you have a tiny 1 lb 4 oz puppy who is basically living on the sugar of karo syrup for 24 hours due to refusal to eat (for whatever reason) her not feeling quickly rises to a medical emergency. She need IV fluids in the very least to try turning her around. Poor baby
