Hi and welcome to YT...sorry it's under these circumstances.
If I were you, I'd get back to the vet TODAY ASAP and get that puppy connected to an IV for fluids. With what your pup has gone through and still IS going through - she could die, and fast. When young puppies have vomiting/diarrhea for any extended period of time, they can go down FAST.
PLEASE go back to the vet and check her into inpatient care. Err on the side of caution if you want to save her life.
