 Bloody mucous
My little yorkie miso is 4 years old and today he started pooping bloody mucous. There is actually no fecal matter it's all blood and mucous. Started pink at 11 and now it's 3 and it's dark red. He's acting normal, and has an appt at the emergency clinic at 5. I'm so worried for him and I have no idea why he would be sick. I have ruled out the easiest
Hasn't been in contact with other dogs
Is not physically injured externally
Is not a hemorrhoid
Hasn't changed foods
Hasn't eaten people food
Hasn't had no treats
I hope he didn't eat something that caused an internal injury like a shell (we live in hawaii and have a large collection) I'm just so worried :-(
