So, finally got a nice day and took Taz for a walk. Everything was fine until we ran into a neighbor who was walking a very large, bit fortunately very well trained, dog. Taz turned into Kujo, barking, jumping at the dog, growling, etc.
I had to pick him up. What is the best way to deal with that kind of behavior? I would hate to be afraid of running into our neighbors walking dogs every time we go out the door. DeeDee who was also along with us wasn't phased.
