Your words were so real and genuine and spoken from the heart and mean so much coming from another woman with this awful diagnosis. My mom had the same surgery and radiation and hers was very tough but she made it through and never looked back.
I'm doing great and looking to my faith in God and support system to get me through the treatments and on past. God bless you for working with hospice patients because they need more than they can ever get in the way of help and companionship in 99% of the cases, I am certain. I'm sure the sight of you coming in the room is a big blessing every single time you appear. Your sweet spirit no doubt touches each one you work with in a very special way.
