I usually eat the chinese way, which is with rice vinegar, sesame oil, silvered raw carrot, ginger, chili, garlic, onion, sesame seeds. Korean way is more salty and spicy. There's a viet version as well. I'm sure there are more.
Jellyfish is very low in cholesterol and fat, and helps lower blood pressure. It's a crunchy texture, not jello like at all. If you have ever petted a jellyfish in an aquarium you kinda know it's not like jello.
