I don't believe that there is solid science behind this.

Energy is the ability to do work, so he is saying something like:
Pancreatitis can be caused by an unability to do work in the thoracolumbar region due to injury.
What??

I'm not sure how the claim can be made that many raw fed dogs are misdiagnosed with pancreatitis because their baseline lab values are different. This vet would need to see these dogs right after diagnosis and have them ultrasounded to know this.

My dog has had pancreatitis. It has never been triggered by kibble.

I'm not sure if he refuses to give Tramadol too, but withholding pain keds from an animal is not appropriate.
