We are a military family. Our friends, also military, are going through an awful tragedy. Monday morning their home caught on fire while they were not home. They have lost everything. Their two dogs (a pit/lab mix, and a shepherd) lost their lives in the fire. They have two young children that have been asking for their beloved pets. Although they lost all of their possessions, their biggest loss was the two fur babies as they were members of their family of course. I can not imagine what they are going through at this time. Please keep this family in your thoughts as we all try to help them stand again. We have a fund set up and I am truly truly amazed and inspired by the love that is being shown to them. I am so heartbroken for them and I know nothing I say or do will bring their pets back. It breaks my heart to know they are blaming themselves. That they are constantly thinking of what their dogs went through in those moments. Please feel free to leave any positive thoughts, and comments. I would like them to know that there are people all over the world thinking of them at this time.
