Athena is adorable! I wouldn't worry too much, at 10 1/2 wks old, about the ear not being up. They'll probably go up and down several times in the next couple of months due to teething. You can clip the hair on the top half of the ears with a mustache trimmer to help keep any extra weight off, that'll help.

My Yogi's ears did this. I just made sure to keep the ear tips clipped short and that helped them to stay up. It took him a couple of years to develop strong enough ears to stay up even when his hair got a little long on them.

This is how his ears looked when he was young. He's 4 months old here. You can see how I have his ear tips shaved to keep the weight off them.
