not necessarily true, I had 3, they all sat on my lap or as much ofthem selves that could fit on my lap. And as another member wrote, they preferred me over their playmates, I guess it would bassed on the dogs them selves. I know many ppl that have 2 or more, and they prefer to be mom or dad rather then be a pack.
