Hello Yorkie Mammys and Daddys . . .
I gave my Yorkie sultanas, about seven in total at 7.30 in the evening, after I did I looked up google to see if they had any health benefits. To only find out my dog was going to show signs are vomiting (in almost all cases), diarrhoea, anorexia, abdominal tenderness and lethargy. Ingesta may be present in the vomitus or faeces. WELL I nearly died!!!!
My poor little doggie . . . It was the weekend, Saturday night and I live in the hills.
She was fine, nothing happened, she ate after, had a poop and went to bed that night. But I took her into the vet on the Monday to make sure, Got a pee sample and it was perfect!!!
I was so upset, not all dogs get toxic effects, but I will never ever EVER give her another Sultana for as long as I live.
