Try not to let fans of dog brokers and those that breed for all the wrong reasons upset you. You and others here are warning others who haven't yet fallen victim to these types of brokers and greeders to stay away from anyone who breeds for tiny sizes and huge eyes, large, rounded heads and flat faces on all their dogs to produce a dog that will sell on looks alone to those who long for the eternal puppy look. The dogs on Ms. Pedram's Facebook page don't favor the breed standard Yorkshire Terrier puppies and are obviously depicted on her main page to emphasize their baby-faced look and extra-diminutive size. Bulging, enlarged eyes, big, rounded foreheads and flattened muzzles with tiny mouths with tooth-cramping space are likely just the beginnings of her puppies' health problems.
Thank you for trying to warn those that want to buy puppies like these that they may be buying a dog that will sicken from one or more health problems, huge vet costs and a life of suffering and heartbreak for the life of the dog. All prospective buyers of very tiny, undersized dogs need to do is Google health problems of teacup or micromini Yorkshire Terriers or any variation of that phrase to see the heartbreak that the very tiny dog can come with when you bring one into your home. If those members or readers of this thread still want to do business with someone who breeds so disreputably, that is their decision to make, though I'd advise against it to ultimately discourage those that purposely breed for ultra tiny dogs by depriving them of gaining income from such risky breeding practices.
