I make felted wool toys for my guys...they are very durable and clean their teeth too...You can buy them too in stores. They even survive my dachshund who is quite an aggressive chewer! When they were teething I would get them wet and freeze them and sometimes I smear a little coconut oil on them, or almond butter. They wash up very well
