Hi Everyone - I am new here and need some help. I just got my cute little yorkie a month ago. He is 12 weeks old and I have been pad training him. He finally caught on and was consistently peeing and pooping on the pads, I have three of them in various rooms. As of yesterday he has started pooping in other places, not on the pads. When I catch him, I gently pick him up and put him on the pad to finish, but he runs off the pad and proceeds to poop somewhere else.
What can I do? Is he regressing or is it just an accident. I was so happy that he caught on and now I am not sure whether to go back to the drawing board with him.
Any suggestions?
