My Oreo had an itching problem too and I took him to the vet. They gave him some benedryl tablets and a tablet that looks like fish oil capsoles. His itching has calm down a bit too. She also recommended a Mousse for dogs called Douxo. It has two types: Seborrhea Mousse and Calm Mousse. These help from dryness during the winter months.
