I finally found the date stamp on my bag with a magnifying glass. It was very difficult to see as it is was printed over a motif. It was not on the back of the bag by the zip lock as CC said, but on the lower left portion of the front of the bag.
I emailed the VP of CC with the information. He said that they would start an investigation of this batch today.
