Not just the East Coast, we have Pet Supply Plus in TX. Their customer service is amazing!! Other retailers could take a lesson from them. As for Pet Sense, McheleM if it's the place I'm thinking of in Granbury, they sell puppies & kittens and I wouldn't shop there. Made my SIL a little miffed at me that I wouldn't even go in the place with her, but I refuse to support those stores that sell pets. I have trouble enough buying things at PetSmart & PetCo because of the rodent pets they sell.
