Are you sure he's had ALL his puppy shots and the rabies shot? I don't think they can all be done by 14 weeks.
I'd wait until 2 weeks after he's had his last shot and defiantly wouldn't do it without the rabies shot (in case he bites the groomer).
You might want to reconsider cutting the hair around his eyes, it'll lay nicely once it grows a bit more and will be much lower maintenance than cutting it. |
